You can access our services on in flexible time blocks or a weekly subscription basis, allowing you to craft a service package that is flexible around your working life and can grow with your needs.
From $45 for flexible services, we can provide you with virtual reception for when you and your team need to work undisturbed and general admin duties that it’s hard to get to now that business is booming.
From $50 for flexible services, virtual executive assistance can help you stay organised and provide support for the more complex tasks that cross your desk.
From $80 for flexible, personal assistance can be customised to what you need to ensure you maintain your work/life balance as your work and life get busier.
You can access our services on an ad-hoc or subscription basis, as a stand-alone stream or a package that gives you a combination of support that suits your needs. Our services will give you the assistance you need to focus on growing your enterprise and increasing your impact.
We answer your phone when you need to be offline. We’ll work with you to craft the right message, answer general enquiries and make sure we give you the details you need to return calls appropriately.
Virtual reception services plus help with the everyday tasks you’re finding it difficult to get to, like typing notes or transcribing meeting recordings, data entry, desktop research, general email enquiries and liaising with suppliers.
As your contact list grows and the number of projects on the go triples, getting help to keep your calendar in order can free up the energy you need to keep moving forward. We can support you in meeting and small event coordination, supplier selection, document formatting, bid development and project administration.
You can’t do it all and to help you focus when you need to be 100% on the job, we can arrange to help with those small errands that it can be hard to get to, like personal shopping, home supplier selection and liaison, social diary and small event management.

We work with entrepreneurs and small business; people who are crafting, innovating and protecting our future. We aim to give them the space they need to grow their business. We are their biggest cheerleaders.
We accrue 5% of our profits and donate quarterly to a cause or charity voted for by our clients. We choose to work with businesses and suppliers that fit with our ethos of inclusivity, diversity, sustainability and compassion.
